Overview
Hannaplus Properties is a forward-thinking company dedicated to streamlining apartment operations and improving the living experience for residents. With complex workflows involving property managers, employees, and residents, Hannaplus aimed to introduce a centralized system to manage property operations effectively while fostering clear communication and efficiency across all stakeholders.
Identifying Challenges
The existing system relied heavily on manual processes, which created inefficiencies:
Super Admin's Workload: Overwhelming tasks for managing employees, apartments, finances, and communications.
Admin (Apartment Manager) Issues: Delayed maintenance processes and scattered payment verifications.
Contract Employees' Challenges: Lack of task tracking and reporting tools reduced efficiency.
Residents' Pain Points: Inconsistent communication with property management and limited access to payment records.
