FounderThrive is a mobile-first platform dedicated to supporting startup founders with wellness, productivity, and personal growth tools. This version two redesign was a complete overhaul of the initial MVP, focusing on scalability, performance, and deeper user engagement.
Overview
FounderThrive combines motivational content, curated audio, and productivity features to help founders prevent burnout, stay inspired, and thrive. V2 focuses on improving both user experience and backend content management, making the platform more dynamic and scalable.
My Role
As the Lead Product Designer, I led the end-to-end design efforts for:

The V2 release aimed to:

Build a scalable admin content management system
Enable dynamic content publishing without app updates
Streamline the management of motivational quotes and daily tips
UNDERSTANDING THE CHALLENGE
For Founders:
Need for curated wellness and motivational resources.
Desire to manage time and avoid burnout.
Expect personalized content that evolves over time.
For Admins:
Content had to be updated manually through the codebase.
No central system for managing quotes, tips, and library content.
Lack of modular content structure made scaling difficult.

Onboarding Flow
Introduced a three-screen onboarding flow showcasing the app’s benefits. Clicking "Get Started" opens a modal overlay prompting users to either create an account or log in.
Subscription Modal: Displays after onboarding for subscription upgrade, with reminders following the free trial.
Feed FM Integration: Wellness radio stream personalized to founder moods
Library
Curated content under multiple pillars with search, filter, and time-based navigation.
Community Section: Connects founders through shared experiences, posts, and engagement.
Sponsorship Page: Displays sponsorship tiers, benefits, and partner visibility.
Premium Subscription: £29.95/year with special perks and limited-time access to The Weave’s 1% Club.
Admin Platform
Content Library (Content Pillar)
Create, edit, and delete different content formats (video, audio, text, etc.).
Assign content to specific pillars for modular access.
Quotes & Daily Tips
Add, edit, and remove motivational quotes and daily wellness tips.
Full preview and scheduling interface.
Sponsor Management
Manage the list of sponsors and their visibility tiers across the mobile platform.

View all current subscribers with key data points for engagement tracking.
