FounderThrive is a mobile wellness application built to support founders through the emotional and mental demands of building companies. The platform delivers structured content, guided reflections, and calming audio experiences.

As the product evolved, an app upgrade and a dedicated admin system were required to improve content discovery, introduce subscriptions, and enable efficient platform management.

My Role

Product Designer

I led the redesign of the mobile app experience and designed the admin system from scratch. My work included UX research, content structuring, user flows, UI design, and close collaboration with engineering to support a live upgrade and monetization rollout.

The Opportunity

Founders face high stress and burnout, yet many wellness tools are not designed for their specific needs.

There was an opportunity to:

  • Create a calm, focused content experience

  • Improve how founders discover and consume wellness resources

  • Introduce subscription-based monetization

  • Equip the team with tools to manage content and users at scale

Context

FounderThrive is a wellness product, so clarity and calmness were critical. The redesign needed to improve structure without overwhelming users.

The upgrade had to work with existing users, limited engineering resources, and real production constraints. Every design decision needed to support long-term growth.
